"Alright, so this is what we went over today. We went over the basics of juggling, and that was where you can find your juggling equipment, your juggling balls. Remember that you can find them at a sporting goods store, anywhere where they have hacky sacks, you can find them at K-Mart, Wal-Mart, wherever, a grocery store, you can just start juggling oranges if you want. We learned where to juggle, where you want to learn. Remember you want to have a nice soft surface, like you want to juggle in front of a bed so if you drop it, it doesn't go rolling off. You want to be away from people so they won't get hit in the face or the head or something. You want to be next to two walls, preferably, so that if you throw something out of the room it hits a wall instead of going down the street or somewhere where you don't want to have to go and find it. We also learned three patterns for juggling. We learned the cascade, we learned outside juggling, and we learned circular juggling, like that. We also learned a few tricks. We learned over the hand juggling in a cascade pattern, which looks like this. We learned behind the back, which is like that. We learned the sweep under, which looks like that. We learned under the leg too, which looks like this. Once we got done with balls, we went into clubs. We learned how to toss a club. We learned how to transition from balls into clubs. We learned how to get a nice, tight pattern with our clubs, the angle at which you want to throw your clubs. And then we learned a few tricks. We learned the double spin, and under the leg. And that's pretty much the basics of juggling! Thanks a lot."
