"Alright, so we've learned the basic cascade pattern for juggling clubs, and we've learned how to juggle the club, we've learned how to toss it, we've learned how to juggle it. We're comfortable with our pattern; we're not hitting people in the faces with clubs or anything, now we're ready for our first basic trick. So what we're going to learn is just the double spin. It's real simple, instead of tossing the club once in the air, we're going to spin it twice in the air, and we're going to insert that into the pattern. So the first thing you want to do is just get used to tossing it twice in the air from hand to hand, that's the number one thing you want to do. Once you're comfortable with that, then you can start inserting one of those tosses into your pattern. And when you're ready, it should look like this. So you're going to get started juggling, and remember, you're not at any pressure to do the trick right off the bat, get it in your pattern, feel kind of comfortable. So when you're ready, you can start doing your double spins. So you really want to get into your pattern, and when you're ready, just go ahead and let one out, and that will look just like this. See how that one spins from my left hand to my right hand? Let's see it again. And that is a double spin. So you just spin it twice in the air, catch it, and you keep going. And when you're first learning it, you're going to stop once or twice, so it's okay, you're just learning it. And that's the double spin!"
