No problem, put on a pair of stilts and away you go. Who can walk stilts? I've seen 4 year olds walk stilts. I've seen 70 year olds walk stilts. Some physical awareness and balance is appropriate. Can I walk stilts? Well, let's find out. Can you lift up your heels and walk on your heels. Watch how this is. Can you do that? Quite simple. Practically anybody can do that. If you can't do that, well maybe stilts are not for you. If you can, I think you should go forward. There are a lot of different types of stilts, and I'm going to introduce you to all of those stilts. Hand held stilts for kids when you first learn how.
