"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Paul Anderson from the ABC Circus and we are in Hollywood, Florida, and I'd like to show you some things about unicycles. Why would you spend so much time rocking on unicycle, when your idea is to ride it. In performing, most stages are quite small and you want to sit in one place. I'll take you back to the rocking exercises as we do one more time without holding on. Here's the mount. Perhaps a little more than 7 o'clock. Step up. A right foot rock. A left foot rock and we're back up here. One foot on the frame rod and the other foot of course. Everything is going to be done right and left. The right foot on the frame. Left foot down. Then let's say one foot free and one foot free. The same foot behind and then the other. One foot free and behind. The final step in rocking will be a cross leg rock. It looks like you're sitting down. Perhaps you can do the thinking man."
