"Hi I’m Stephen Bent and I’m a professional juggler. Today I’m representing ExpertVillage.com. Now we’re going to learn how to juggle three clubs starting with the most basic move the three club flash. Now the first thing you need to know about juggling three clubs is how to hold two in one hand, place the first one between your thumb and the rest of your hand, now place the second club on top of it lying against your fingers like this. This second club that you put down will be the first club that you are going to throw once you start juggling. Now we’re going to do the same basic two club X move that we did before, but once the second club reaches its point when it’s parallel to the ground, throw the third club underneath it. It should look something like this. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. Now you notice when you do this that you end up with two clubs in your sub-dominant hand and one in your dominant hand. Try starting from the other way. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. Keep practicing the three club flash until it becomes completely natural, once you feel comfortable with that try adding a fourth throw. One-two-three-four catch. One-two-three-four catch. One-two-three-four catch. One-two-three-four catch. One-two-three-four catch. One-two-three-four catch. Once you feel ready try adding a fifth, sixth, seventh or eighth throw. Once you can keep doing this, you’re a three club juggler."
