"Hi I’m Stephen Bent and I’m a professional juggler. Today I’m representing ExpertVillage.com. Now we’re going to learn how to juggle three clubs starting with two. Place one club in each hand, be sure to hold the club about one-third of the way between the tip of the club and the end of the barrel. Now with your knees bent and standing comfortably, throw the first club into the air. As it spins through the air it will reach a point where it becomes parallel to the ground, once this happens, throw the second club underneath it. This should create an X in the air, observe. One-two-catch. One-two-catch. One-two-catch. Now the rhythm of this is very important if you throw the second club too early or too soon it results in a collision between the two clubs, this is very difficult to recover from. Keep practicing the X until you feel completely comfortable with it. One-two-catch. Once you can do this nine times out of ten, you’re ready for the next step. "
