How to Juggle Behind the Back

"Alright, so now I've taught you under the leg, now we're going to learn another trick called behind the back. And basically what behind the back is, it's very similar to under the leg where you're going to use your whole body to do it, and you're going to want to juggle a little bit higher in order to catch the ball and do it correctly. So, first thing you want to do is just practice, just try to throw the ball behind your back. And when you do it, you want the ball to land right about in front of you, just like that. If you're going off to the side or anything like that, it's going to throw you out of your pattern and it's going to be a lot harder and you're going to be reaching. And also, you want to be very comfortable with the cascade pattern before you start doing it, it will make it a lot easier. And this is what it looks like. So when you're ready, you're just going to want to try it once, just to try it. So here we go, behind the back, and that's what it looks like. Let's see it again. Want to see it one more time?
