How to Juggle One Club

"Hi I’m Stephen Bent and I’m a professional juggler. Today I’m representing ExpertVillage.com. Now we’re going to learn how to juggle three clubs starting with one. Place the club in your dominant hand. Be sure to hold it about a third of the way from the tip of the club to the end of the barrel. Now stand comfortably and throw it from one hand to the other, it should make one full rotation before you catch it in your opposite hand. Try to catch it in the same point along the club you threw it from. Practice the single spin rotation until you feel totally comfortable with it. Be sure not to throw it too high, too low or too far off to either side. Try to not throw it too far forward or too far back, you shouldn’t have to move anywhere in order to catch the club. This is the first step in learning to juggle three clubs."
