"Alright, so now that we've learned two real basic juggling tricks that you can use in the patterns, now we're going to learn something a little bit more physical. What I'm going to teach you now is under the leg, and behind the back. Now, when you're starting to learn these, the first thing you want to do is take one ball and actually throw it underneath your leg, and you can throw it underneath your leg any way you want. You can throw it inside, you can take it and throw it outside, opposite legs, whatever's most comfortable for you, eventually you'll learn all of them if you give it enough practice, but you want to start out with what?s most comfortable. Now, like I said before in learning the other tricks, you want to throw the balls a little bit higher so that you have more time to try and throw it under your leg. And you want a little bit more time at first because you're using your whole body, and it's a lot farther than you think to go under your leg, and remember you've got to lift your leg up high. If you're like...well, the ball's only going to go about way high and your whole pattern's going to be thrown off. So when we're doing it, this is what it looks like. And you can put it in there as much as you can, and when you get real good, you can just lift one leg up and maybe do two tosses. Or you can switch legs. And that is what juggling under the leg looks like."
