"Juggling, which is this, where you're tossing and catching the ball overhand, another trick that you can learn, which is really simple and you can do in almost any pattern, is the underhanded sweep. And this works really well with the cascade pattern that I showed you earlier. So when you're doing this, just like I said before with overhand juggling, you want to just try to toss it in there once just to see if you can do it and once you get more comfortable, then you can start doing it more and more. So, let's see what it looks like first. So I'm juggling in my cascade pattern here, and what I'm going to do when I'm ready is I'm going to take one, and just toss it underneath like that and it comes straight up. You see how it popped up there? Let's see it one more time. Here we go, I'm going to do it with my left hand, on your right, and that was the sweep under. Basically what I'm doing is, I'll show you with two, instead of tossing it like that, like I usually do, what I'm going to do instead is when this ball's tossed over into this hand, this hand's going to toss this other one underneath like that. So let's see it real quick, just like that. And I still catch the ball that I tossed from my right over in my left. Again, it looks like this. So, once you feel comfortable with that, then you can start adding it in all the time. And you can do it with both hands, and you can alternate it, and then it's crazy fun!"
