"So now that we've learned the three basic patterns of juggling, which were cascade, outside, and circular juggling, what we're going to learn now are a few tricks. You know you're ready to learn tricks when you have your patterns nice and tight like this, and you kind of get bored with just juggling. So what I'm going to be teaching you right now is overhand juggling. And what that basically is, is just throwing the ball like this with your hand over the ball, instead of like we usually do like this. Now, when you start learning it, what you want to do is add just one toss like that into your pattern. So you'll be juggling, and then let's say I'm going to turn my left hand over, which is your right, and you're just going to do that. Now if you didn't see that, well I'll do it again, and I'll do it with two balls so it's a little bit easier. So when I toss this one in my right over, instead of tossing the one in my left over to my right underhanded, I'm going to toss it like that, so watch. So that means if you toss the ball over handed like that, it means you also have to catch that opposite ball with over handed. So basically you're going to be juggling, and eventually it will start looking like this. And that's overhand juggling. It takes a lot of practice, but once you get used to it, it's neat!"
