"Hi I’m Stephen Bent and I’m a professional juggler. Today I’m representing ExpertVillage.com. Now we’re going to learn the most basic three ball juggling move, the three ball flash. Place two balls in one hand and one ball in the other, we’re going to start with the two ball move that we learned earlier, the X. after you throw the second ball and it reaches the high point and starts to come down, simply throw the third ball underneath it like this. One-two-three. Don’t worry about catching all three balls; just try to get the third one in the air. Note that when you perform the three ball flash correctly you finish with two balls in your sub-dominant hand and one ball in your dominant hand. Once you get comfortable with this try starting it from both sides. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. One-two-three catch. Once you can do the three ball flash every time from either side, try doing four. Three-four, catch. One-two-three-four catch. One-two-three-four catch. One-two-three-four catch. Once you’re comfortable with that, add a fifth throw, a sixth, after that you’re juggling. "
