"All right, so now what we're going to get into is actually the meat of juggling. I'm going to teach you how to juggle first one ball and then two balls. So, this is juggling. Believe it or not, just tossing a ball up in the air and catching it is considered juggling. It's not very hard and it's not very impressive but it is juggling. So once you've mastered that, well now it's time to move on to using two balls. So when you juggle two balls, there's two ways you can do it. And a good way to learn so that you move on to three balls later is juggling two balls with two hands, and the easiest way to do that is by tossing one up in the air like that, and right before the ball you tossed from this hand moves into your other hand, you want to toss this ball over into the opposite hand. Now it may sound a little complicated, but I'm going to demonstrate it and hopefully you'll see how I do it. So we're going to start off with this ball, throw it in the air, before it lands I've just tossed it into the other. I'll do it one more time to show you again. Start with this ball, toss it in the air. Now if you can do this consistently, you'll eventually find that there's a hole for adding a third ball, but we'll get to that later. So when you get comfortable, it should start looking like this. See how one of my hands is always kind of waiting? That's where we can add the third ball. But if you notice, the two balls are in the air at the same time when we're juggling two balls with two hands. Now there's another way to juggle two balls, and that is two in one hand. There's two ways to do this. One is column juggling, which is where you throw, you have two balls in one hand, and you basically keep them in a column like this, and this is what it looks like. See how they're in columns? That's why it's called column juggling. Now, there's another way to juggle two balls in one hand and that's in a circle, and this is what it looks like. See how I'm rotating them from inside to outside? So you can rotate them inside to outside like I was doing right there, or you can learn how to do it where you're rotating outside to inside which looks like this. And that's basically two ball juggling in one hand and two ball juggling in two hands."
