"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Bob Lanning. I'm here to tell you about make a train diorama in HO scale. This area here shows a, kind of a typical Verde Valley ranch. I think most diorama's look good if they have a lot of figures. We have the animals, the tractors, cattle, horses, and people, and even a little tractor coming up the hill towards the farm. It doesn't depict any particular ranch but it's typical of what was here at the turn of the century. Now, the way we have access to some of our areas if the train gets stuck is we have lift out in quite a few places. And, they're just made out of foam, very light weight, if I can get it out of here, now this is the lift out, made out of blue foam, it's light weight and let's us get to an area that, where a train might get stuck and we can't reach it any other way. This is made out of the blue foam, insulation foam, and you can see how we cover it with a general, the same scenery materials, and when you put it back in you can hardly tell that it's not part of the regular lay out. There's two or three areas on the diorama where it's hard to get to things if the train derails or gets caught. This is one of the areas where we provided a lift out so you can reach in because it's hard to get at some of this stuff, unless you're just a little kid. So, this is access by means of a light weight lift out."
