How to Bounce the Ball in Jacks

"In this segment I'm going to talk to talk to you about how to bounce a ball. As you can see I'm on tile today and it's a little tricky cause it has cracks in it. So I really want to practice right in the middle but if you're on hardwood floor or linoleum floor it' pretty easy cause it doesn't have cracks in it. So it will pretty much stay in place where ever you bounce it so today I want to practice on bouncing it right in the middle of my tile. I'm going to keep practicing just like this and you can practice on different levels too, like up here and see which one works better. You can even touch the ground like this and see how much if you were going to grab one that would help you or anther thing is it can get pretty difficult but this is another way to bounce it. You can go like that and try to catch it but sometimes it will get away from you so it's a little tricky but practice makes perfect so just keep trying."
