"See this, doesn’t it look ancient? Yes, it’s a very old, old boot made out of some cheesy brass casting. But it does look pretty impressive and you think if it is brass, it must be good. Well I just learned that if it is brass, it is good, but you know who it is good to? The scraper. So if you are going to buy this stuff, remember if you have a huge, huge tremendous pile you can maybe get twenty bucks at the scrap yard, but if you have one item like this, even though you may think it is cute, this is not a good collectible because it is only worth maybe two bucks if you are lucky for resale. This thing is a piece of junk, plus it is ugly very ugly. If you had maybe a hundred of these, put them in a big bin, took them to the scraper you may get twenty or thirty bucks so if you see all these reproductions in brass, brass everything skip it, you don’t want it.
