"Look at me I'm Buddy Lee. This is a Buddy Lee doll. These dolls were invented early in the 20's for Lee Jeans. And Lee Jeans used these as an advertising tool and the still use a little bit of it today. It's been a television staple for quite a long time. This is a Buddy Lee doll. It's probably worth about, an original, about $300 to $400. So this is a good one. You want to find some of these. This one is in excellent condition. We don't see any crazing. We don't see any damage. It has all its fingers. It's got it's original costume. Notice the Lee logo on the back. But what you need to be careful of is here is another Buddy. Hey Buddy, how's it going? Buddy. These are buddies. Cute huh? Anyway this is a Buddy. But this is a Buddy Lee later model. This one was probably made, I don't know, in the 80's I would estimate. And this one is in excellent condition, too. But when you're buying your Buddy's make sure you know what you're getting. This is an original and you can kind of tell the wear. See the back of his head? You can tell by the feel. This is composition. This Buddy is more of a rubber. Okay? So you want to make sure that you don't pay $400 for this Buddy. This one. Oh he lost his hat. I'm showing you his hair. You can pay $400 for this Buddy. But this Buddy? Even in the original box you're looking at maybe $150 but these Buddy's are still quite valuable. Kind of cute, too, don't you think? So, when you choose your Buddy's be careful and selective. Keep new friends and the old but be careful."
