Video Transcript

"Hi I?m Dr. Michael Walker from Hill Country Plastic Surgery Center and on behalf of Expert Village I'll be talking about blepharoplasty. I'm feeling for the boney rim and here to this rim is where I am going to put this anchor suture to that's going to hold up the muscle spine. I'm just bringing this muscle layer back to this corner and reinforce it a little bit more. These stitches will dissolve in about 4 to six months under the skin, they hold everything together until the scar tissue has enough strength to it, so it won't stretch out."
