"Hi, I'm Doctor Michael Walker from Hill Country Facial Plastic Surgery Center. And on behalf of Expert Village, I'll be talking about Blepharoplasty. What is the recovery period? Most patients recover within a week, and the stitches are in for about a week. Come out at five to seven days. There is some swelling for a few days, there's some bruising usually for up to a week, but it's usually gone. See our scissors there. Next thing I'm going to do is my, do what's called a Pilot cut. This is my estimate of how much skin we're going to have to take off. This lower lid."
