"Hi, I'm Doctor Michael Walker from Hill Country Facial Plastic Surgery Center, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'll be talking about Blepharoplasty. How long does the procedure take? The upper lids usually take about thirty minutes, the lower lids usually take about an hour, or an hour and a half. All four lids will usually run around two hours. Let's see there's something yellow. These are the fat beds underneath the eye. And there's three of them. Usually the one way up here in the medial portion, and there's another one here in the mid portion right in here. And there's another compartment over here laterally. Well Angelina really does have problems with too much fat in the lower lid. It hasn't start to pooch out yet. Still fairly flat, but if you push on the lower lid you can see the fat pockets bulge out just a little bit. Some people, they're very prominent, so they develop large bags under their eyes and we have to remove that fat to get rid of those big bags."
