"Now there are certain websites you can go to for survival packets for items for disaster plans and guides and of course one of them being, Popular Mechanics for all types of natural disasters and we are talking about floods and some of these we did run through and some of these we did not run through. But of course, your emergency packs of the radio disaster kits we ran through what we can put in your disaster bag. Don't get stuck without your disaster plan and evacuation plan. Also be smart in what you eat because eating in any type of disaster could really bring you down if you are eating the wrong foods. I know that it is not a big time to actually think about that, but if you are eating junk food you are not going to have a lot of energy and strength to actually get through the ordeal of the emergency. Also in the next segment we will be talking about fixing up your house once a disaster hits, certain plans and websites and like I mentioned, Popular Mechanics being one of them is a good website to go through.
