There's nothing like having a good time while you work out and that is the concept of Playground Fitness and this is Expert Village by the way and I am Tina Anderson. Just to review. Keep it simple. Push and pull exercises. Work upper body work lower body. If something is hurting you and it is not muscular don't do it any more. Warm up, cool down, add some stretches in there. Bring water, a towel, sun screen, bring your friends, bring your kids and realize that multi-tasking can happen right here for you. If your kids are playing do some push ups, for whatever reason use the playground for what its meant to be used for, to play and then add in fitness for you. This has been a whole lot of fun for me and I have much more so I hope you will come back to Expert Village as I add these shows and show you how to work out.
