We are at a location here that is critical. Really, it is critical. You have to have a step up somewhere on your playground. In most cases you will, anywhere on almost any playground. Let me just say this again, you have to have one of these. Why? Because you are going to burn a lot of calories working your legs and butt. So any basic step up, such as this, or even one leg with an extension, you are going to need some sort of platform. Now, if you are a beginner you might want to go to the low platform. I am serious; maybe you are just getting started. This down here will work just as well. So you have to have a platform, and like I said for step ups. What else can you do with something like this? You can easily get down lower and work your dips here, which we will do later for triceps. Excellent exercise, right? So you have to have the platform for that as well. Then, I love this little area here. See you have the two bars. If I put both arms here, and get myself set up, I can lift up and I can start to use my stomach. That is a very beginning level. We can go from there. If you can kind of get the idea here that little areas can work several different muscles and that you have to have something to step up on and some bars to hold on to. Then that is a good beginning place as you look around on a playground and figure out what you need. So, number one absolute critical got to have: a platform and multi-level is best. So let's go out to the playground and make sure you have that.
