Or you simply put your foot down, stagger it and balance yourself so that you can focus on your back doing the work. So I'm leaning into the pole. I'm relaxing and I'm focusing on my back, lifting. Straight up, straight down, exhale at the top. This is a lat exercise. The side of your back. And up. Please pay attention to this tip, that you do not pull back. Straight up. Keep your hips squared.
