"What is playground fitness? Obviously, the first thing is...Well, we're outside, so if you can hear crows, if you see a squirrel go by. First of all, yes, we're outside. Most playgrounds are outside. We are going to take the concept of fat burning, calorie burning, the components of fitness, strength training, balance, agility, cardio vascular training, and we're going to take all those components and we're going to use the playground to achieve that mix. It's not that hard to do. By the time we get done using a playground like this or something similar. We're going to be on one playground today. That doesn't mean that you need to match the exact playground. We'll get into that in just a second. What I'm going to do and what playground fitness is, is taking all of the important component of fitness and putting them together without equipment for the most part, without all the props and the machines that you would have in a regular gym, without a running track in most cases. Playground fitness is functional fitness using everyday things that you would find on pretty much and average playground. That's all you really need. That's all it is. Go to a playground. I'm going to give you a couple of things to take with you, and you're set, ready to go, and ready to burn calories."
