"Hello, my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village. I'm here to show you several quick and easy Vietnamese dishes. After we prepare the neck bones, we would have around 16-20 cups of water into the pot. Then drop the prepared beef neck bones into the water followed by the onion and the back of the spice. Bring everything to a boil and let it steam for around 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Then you can add your fish sauce for seasoning. When the soup is ready, we would take the beef neck bone out of the soup for further processing. We need the meat on the bone. If you want more meat, you can actually add around 2 times of beef when you are making the soup. Last, we would take out the bag of spice. "
