Video Transcript

"Hello, my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you several quick and easy Vietnamese dishes. For one portion we would cut 6 inch of a French bread loaf. After 10 minutes we should just squeeze the water off the dicon carrot mixture. Then add a little bit of sugar and some Vietnamese soy sauce and mix them together. For the bread we would cut it in the middle but don't cut it the whole thing off. To assemble the sandwich first we would put the roast part or the roast beef in the middle of the bread. Then we would put the Vietnamese hams. Put the slice nicely in the middle. We would put more regular ham for the color and then we would put the tomato slice in the middle. If you have some cilantro leaves you can also put them in the middle. Again it is for the color. At last we would put the radish mixture over the top. Here you go Vietnamese sandwich."
