"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. So for the gravy, next we are going to add water to the pan and we're going to whisk in our little gravy mix. We're going to add that to the pot; make sure you get all of that out and start whisking that in, bringing that to a boil. I prefer using a whisk but you can use a fork as well. This will start to thicken a little bit and we want to add our mushrooms. About a teaspoon of our bacon bits and we have some of our Cajun seasoning not too much of this cause it goes a long way. As it comes up to a boil, just go ahead and whisk this together. You see it's already getting sort of a nice creamy brown."
