"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. So now we're going to make this sauce for our Cajun swamp log. I like to start with the old standard favorite here that my mom use to put on. Just tomato sauce but we're going to spice it up some into our Cajun style so just go ahead and open that up and pour it right into the ramican. Now we're going to mix some salt; I think I'm just going to go ahead and put a few grinds in. Get some black pepper you can use white pepper if you like also but I like the black and a few grinds in. We're going to use a little garlic powder just about a 1/2 of teaspoon of that then we'll add some cayenne pepper to it to give it that real Cajun flare. This is mixed with a couple more of ingredients to so all you need to do with a fork or a whisk is mix."
