"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. Now that we have our roasted garlic in, we want to again move this mixture around and get this right through. Move the garlic in; it feels like a paste it's going to add such flavor to this and once you kind of get it moved around, squish it through again you just don't want any spot of even those mild, it's just much better just to spruce it up and mix it. So you can see layer upon layer going into this."
