"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. Now we made our spice and Worcestershire mixture just kind of blend that together just like this. Then pour it in the meat mixture and you have to get your hands gushy again, but I tell you it's worth it. You can see it's going to add some color and flavor to this mixture and you see how the eggs made it much softer, pliable. That will be a good eating when we put all this together. So get all that incorporated and you just don't want a whole pocket of season in one spot, you really want to make sure to get this mixed through. "
