"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. Now here is the spice mix recipe that we are going to put into the meat. I need 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder (not garlic salt), 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of thyme, 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce (I'm going to eyeball that). It has so many ingredients. If you ever read the ingredients on the Worcestershire bottle, you will be amazed that what goes into it. So about a 1/4 cup just like that and this will be ready to go into our meat mixture."
