"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. Now that we have our carrots and our onions diced up, we are going to add those to the meat mixture. So put those in like that you want to and make sure that your hands are really clean and just mix all that in. The sausage and the ground pork, ground turkey, onions, carrots what can be bad, so just get all that well mixed. "
