"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. Now you probably remember our bowl here that has the pork and the turkey in there ground up we're going to add our sausage right in and then we can take our nice toasted bread crumbs that we just made. This is going to be a binder as well as a couple of more ingredients we're going to put in. No fuss you don't have to worry about a food processor for this and make sure that your hands are really clean and then just squish it all around there. "
