"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. Now that we have our bread cubes cut, what we are going to do next is we are going to toast these. Just on the pan; remember we have 350 degree oven already preheating, it's going to add a nice toasty flavor to them so make sure they are spread out pretty good. You don't want to crowd them. You want to get all sides of the bread toasted up now we are ready to pop our bread into the oven for about 350 degrees for about 15 minutes until brown. Keep an eye on them just in case you don't want to burn them, pop them in just like that."
