"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. Next step we are going to make some of our own bread crumbs out of dry white bread. You want to set the oven about 350 to preheat and in the meantime, we're going to stack up our bread just like this and cut it into cubes. I like to use a serrated knife as well it cuts through nicely, cut them into cubes as well it makes it a little easier for the next step. You want to have pretty dried bread and it's a good way of using any I wouldn't say hard, but just dried bread that you have left over at the end of the loaf. "
