"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. For our swamp log, we are going to need to add the meat into a bowl and we're going to mix this together. What we have here is ground pork. I like to break it up a little bit and it makes it a little bit easier to mix. Then we have the ground turkey. You can use other types of meat too if you like. You can use ground beef or ground veal if you like in here. We are also going to be adding some sausage here to add extra texture to it. You'll see that a little bit later just mix that together right in the bowl."
