"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make what we call a stuffed Cajun swamp log. Here are the ingredients for the recipe. You need 1 pound of ground turkey, 1 pound of ground pork, some hot sauce, 4 pieces of white bread for the crumbs, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 green bell pepper, 2 heads of garlic, 4 hard boiled eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of thyme and a 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce. Here are the ingredients for our gravy 1 packet of gravy mix, 1 cup of cold water, 4 oz of mushrooms, tablespoon of baking bits, a teaspoon of Cajun spice whichever you like."
