"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make carne con papas. I don't want to use too much garlic powder cause it would over power the recipe. About that much is enough here. Just a little bit, I would say that is 1/2 a teaspoon measurement. Fresh ground pepper and we would use a little bit more later on. Season complete, about that much season complete. Pepper seasoning and I'm going to go ahead and do the jalapeño dry peppers, not jalapeño it is like a habenero pepper and I'm going to go ahead and squeeze a little bit in there. Now we are going to put in low heat add this heat to stir it a bit. This is what we call a sofrito, a red sofrito any how for this stir it up. "
