"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford, and I'm going to teach you how to make Peking Chicken Wontons. Well, we've stuffed our wonton cups with our beautiful chicken wonton mixture and we've made our Asian slaw and we're getting ready to plate this dish and finish it. I have a beautiful, rustic-looking Japanese plate. I'm going to place my crispy, crunchy Asian slaw. Doesn't that look nice? And then, take our stuffed Peking Chicken Wontons and I'm going to put them around. And this is a delicious first course. There you go, five of them. And I'm just going to finish this with some delicious green onions for some extra color and crunch, some chopped peanuts. Mmm, doesn't that look good? And a little bit of sesame seeds.
