"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford, and I'm going to teach you to make Peking Chicken Wontons. Now that we've finished our Peking Chicken cups, we're going to make a really simple, but delicious and crunchy and fresh-tasting Asian slaw. First, I'm going to mix a very simple dressing. This is a basic Thousand Island dressing that you get from the grocery store. We're going to add some miring into it which will thin it out and also make it even sweeter. Just take that, whisk that, add a little more miring. Grab a little whisk and that's the dressing. Easy, huh? We're going to take our beautiful head of Napa cabbage, also known as Chinese cabbage, and I'm going to cut this in half because it's so big. Isn't that pretty? This is great! I'm going to take out the root end. Shred it straight it across with thin, fine shreds. It's going to be nice and crunchy. I did a little time-saver by getting already shredded carrots. These are going to be nice and crisp and crunchy, too, with nice color there, too. And then I'm just going to drizzle sauce around it like that. Mmm....doesn't that look great? And look how easy that was! And we're going to serve our Peking Chicken Wontons with that. When we come back, we're going to plate and finish our Peking Chicken Wontons with Asian slaw."
