"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to teach you how to make Peking Chicken Wontons. This is a wonton wrapper it's made out of flour, salt, water and a little bit of oil. This is a small size, egg roll wrappers are probably twice this size you have to keep them covered until you use them cause they dry out really easily. Also you have to keep them refrigerated before using. I'm just going to show you what you would typically do with a wonton wrapper. We're going to make wonton cups but but if you ever want to make actual wontons you take your filling put it in the middle (a little bit more filling) and then you have a bowl of water handy. You moisten the edges then you're going to fold it over to make a triangle. Then you just fold the edges in and the flour in the wonton acts like a natural glue. It's a little pocket then you can boil them, put them in soup, sauté them whatever use they are often made in soup. When we come back we're going to actually make our wonton cups things are really getting fun now."
