"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to tell you the tale of two quiches. Here are some of the simple pieces of equipment that you'll need to make a quiche. We have a rolling pin for the dough, measuring cup and I'm going to whisk my eggs in the measuring cup, a nice pan to fry our onions and our bacon. We have two pie dishes that we make the quiche in, a sturdy baking sheet when the pies are filled they go onto the baking sheet to slide in the oven. We have cheese grater for our delicious cheese, wooden spoon, pairing knife, sturdy chefs knife, butter knife, sturdy whisk and a pair of tongs those are the pieces of equipment that you'll need to make a quiche, very simple. Next we are going to talk about the ingredients you'll need to make quiche Lorraine. "
