"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make curry chicken. This is what is looks like when it is still cooking down. You notice that it is still watery, it is not thick at all, so it is still watery and you want it to cook more so the gravy can get thicker. You want a thicker gravy to this you don't want it too look like it is not done yet. Even though the chicken may look done it is not really quiet done so let it cook to where you see the bone gets a little bit apart from the chicken. Then you would know that it is really starting to cook. So you are going to leave it on a little bit longer approximately about another 30 minutes. Let it cook in there for a while so it can get thicker and the chicken can cook a little bit more and it can come apart. You would see it happening a little at a time. So you want to cover it with a lid on medium heat, take and make sure you wash anything that has to do with curry. Cause as you see it stains it is really yellow and you want to make sure you put stuff in the sink immediately. "
