"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make curry chicken. I'm putting fresh pepper on my chicken, moving it around. That is the way that I season my chicken just before I put on there I take the all spice right here that I have and I actually crush it if I can. Usually I already have some crush today I don't but I kind of crush it like that. Take the little pieces and crush them and I put it on my chicken like that. So it has the all spice in there, I have the thyme, the complete season and I have my salt on there also already seasoned up. You can refrigerate this and when you are ready to cook your curry, you can go ahead and put it in there or you can actually season it a little bit before hand and leave it in the fridge."
