"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make curry chicken. Again I have said to you before that I used a whole chicken that I cut up and I want to show you actually cut pieces of it. I cut the drumsticks also, cut the bone out but some of it is in there. You can actually take the chicken and cut it in smaller pieces which is what my friends usually do. They cut it into pieces like that. They would use pieces like this with the bone in it they would cut it. So don't be afraid that is the way you should see it the pot when you go to Jamaica or when you go to somebody's house and cook curry chicken. They usually see the bone like that and they cook it with the bone in there. That is absolutely fine. So we are going to go ahead and show you how I'm going to start the curry chicken. I would tell you first when you do curry, you have to be very careful. Curry has to be cooked very well. If is not cooked well, you can get yourself sick so you want to go ahead and cook it really well."
