"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizabeth Muller and today we are going to make curry chicken. The ingredients for curry chicken would be of course chicken. I have used a whole chicken and I have cut it up into pieces. I have learned this recipe from a good Jamaican friend of mine and she uses of course dark meat and stuff. I like to use the whole chicken so everybody gets a chance to have different pieces of chicken if they don't like dark meat, they can choose the white meat. So we have chicken of course. We have curry and it is very important for me to get into explaining about curry. Curry, the curry that I'm using actually it is from Jamaica. I was very blessed to have a friend of mine bring it from Jamaica. I love curry and it is delicious. Now there is Indian curry that is a little bit more orangery; really orangery like. This is a little bit less orangery even though it has a orange tint to it, most curry is sometimes more yellow. But this is really nice rich curry. "
