"Hi, my name is Gail Hoffman from North Florida and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make mole poblano sauce. We are going to toast our 3 tablespoon of sesame seeds and when you are toasting a small amount like that, the best way to do it is in a pan on high heat and just going to kind of keep a eye on it and the natural oil from the sesame seeds would be enough to keep it from scorching. It would just sort of take a few seconds and you are just going to want to toast it for 3-4 minutes until they get a nice golden color to them."
