"Hi, my name is Gail Hoffman from North Florida and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make mole poblano sauce. I think we would see these are/have a nice char to them and they are ready to be placed into a bowl to steam. So we would put them in a bowl and you just want to cover them with some plastic wrap. Let them steam, they are going to cook and get soft and they are going to be ready to puree without hydrated peppers. That would be the base for our mole poblano sauce. Well the preparation of the peppers can be done ahead of time and then you can finish it later as you need it."
