"Hi, my name is Gail Hoffman from North Florida and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make mole poblano sauce. To prepare our poblano peppers which are fresh I'm just going to cook them in a little bit of oil and we are going to char them in a very hot frying pan. I have an iron griddle that I'm going to use. As you can see, it is very hot and we are just going to put it on here and kind of char the skin. You can also do this on your grill or you can roast them in the oven. But I think this is the perfect way. You can see the skin getting black and bubbly."
